SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS
We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: This service typically delivers within 3-5 business days. The cost is a flat rate of $7.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose Express Shipping, which typically delivers within 2 business days. The cost is a flat rate of $15.
Please note that orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been shipped, we will send you a separate shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery online.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
The delivery times mentioned above are estimates and commence from the date your order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. While we strive to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to carrier processing or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Who does the delivery? All our orders are shipped via our trusted carrier partners.
- What if I miss the delivery? If you are not available to receive your package, our carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
- Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? For your security and to ensure a smooth delivery process, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
